Import Trades from Schwab

You can connect Schwab to TradeJournal.co to automatically import and journal your trades. TradeJournal.co supports file upload and API connections for Schwab.

  • Go to Schwab.com & login
  • Show trades & select date period
    • Select "Trades" & "Dividends" from the "Filter by Transaction Types" drop-down menu.
    • Select the preferred "Date range"
    • Adding a symbol is optional
    • Click "Search"
  • Copy all transactions
    • DO NOT Include Labels 
      • So from the upper left hand side first real date to the bottom right account number
    • Click left of the first-row first col (date) and drag all the way to the last row the last col (Reg Fee)
    • Copy that "CTRL + C" or "CMD+C"
  • File import: Upload a statement or export from Schwab (CSV, Excel, or broker-specific format) via Import.
  • API import: Link your Schwab account to sync trades automatically.

Go to Import on TradeJournal.co to connect Schwab and start journaling your trades.
