The company focuses on the long-term strategic treasury of HYPE tokens to provide simplified exposure to the Hyperliquid blockchain ecosystem. It also develops the Optejet User Filled Device for horizontal, microdose spray delivery of ophthalmic liquids, such as artificial tears and lens rewetting products, as well as related topical ocular therapies. The company was formerly known as Eyenovia, Inc. and changed its name to Hyperion DeFi, Inc. in July 2025. Hyperion DeFi, Inc. was founded in 2014 and is based in Laguna Hills, California.
