The set-up:
New York KillZone with price cleanly Turtle Souped London Session and becoming high of Day, Target is deep inside a major Weekly IFVG.
Prev day candle Opened and closed below 18 Day EMA and Prev Day High is Lower than its Prev High, which gives a greenlight for ONLY Sells
What I did Right:
I waited for a clean sweep of London Session highs. I also waited for a close of breaking candle before setting up Stop Orders
Everytime A new candle was forming a new high, I was cancelling my Pending Orders so that I wait for Candle Close and set again.
What I did Wrong:

Where I could improve:
The Setup and Entry were both Perfect.
