Day Trading Stats

Entry: Remebered from yesterday, it dipped at the open and that was a good buying opportunity. Huge amount of volume and trade small position size just incase if I was wrong

Exit: Sold into strength each time, super volatile. Took quick profits, controlled the greed and took the meat of the move

Improvments:

Entry: Broke out again, then pulled back. Last time I entered to early and causing me to cut loses and missed the run up. This time I tried to be more patient on entry but could be better.

Exit: locked in some profits to make me more comfortable with holding a little longer. Sold the rest right before market open because I was anticiapting a pull back from people taking profits.

Improvements:

• patients on entry point

Entry: On my watchlist and had a plan to buy at dip in the morning if it had the volume to support it. 

Exit: Sold have in to a nice spike to lock in some gains to make myself more cofident was the trade, then next half into strength after a halt and a pullback. 

Overall, this was a good trade. I was able to rationalize and make clear good calls. More plays like this please.

• Wanted to get back in be controlled and took what I learnt from previous trades.
• Took the meat of the move, it went 7.8 --> controlled FOMO

Improvement:

• Patience on holding longer
  • this one it hard.. I dont want to be greedy

Entry: There was another intraday breakout, this was not ideal though because after consolidation that was a drop --> in the moment i thought this was a dip buy

Exit: Didnt cut loses quickly because I was green on this trade earlier

Improvements:

• Stop trading the same ticker after a win

Entry: broke the intraday resistance level at 3.10. Was watching for a morning panic but that was a missed opportunity, it bounced off the PM support level. Bought into a pullback, little bit too early.

Exit: Locked in some profits at 3.30 (50) because of the round number, saved the other (50) to see price action. Pulled back and and sold into strength becuase lots of seller on the ask.

Improvement:

• FOMO on the entry 
  • could get a better entry point if more patient

Entry: This was a lead gapper that was uptrending. It is a low float with a good catalyst, expecting it hold and bounce from the 2.44 resistance level. Volume is good and entering the with a 100 shares.

Exit: It didnt hold the 2.44, I got out and cut losses quickly.

Improvements:

• Patience on entry
  • this could have brought my risk level lower = less of of loss
• Look for overextend plays
• Plan the concerns too

Notes: 

• good to cut losses qucikly because the intraday chart just down trending

Entry: This was a FOMO/Revenge play trying to make up loss money. There was no good play. Did not have a plan

Exit: Should have not been in this play in the first place, since I make the mistake already. I didnt cut losses quickly

Improvements:

• Have a plan with a setup
• Stop random/revenge trades
• dont listen to others
• cut losses quicker

Entry: I noticed there was a dip buy oppurtunity, but this trade was not needed. The volume was low and I think this was a revenge trade trying to make back money.

Exit: I noticed that there were buy sellers, and the stock was illiquid. I accidently sold 10 shares instead of a 100. 

Improvements:

• Wait for good play
• check the volume
• be more effiecent with TWS
• Have a plan
• Cut out random plays

Entry: Didnt have a plan, assumed that the 2.33 resistance will hold. This is similar to the $PHIO second trade. Bad bad bad over confident and was not planned out.

Exit: I remebered the $PHIO trade and wanted to cut losses quicker this time. and got out at a manageable losses according to my account

Improvements:

• ALWAYS have plan
• Second trade seems to not workout for me, profit and dip. Right now do not enter the same ticker twice in a day, control FOMO and greed

Entry: Had a plan to enter near the bottom of the channel of 1.80 to 2.33 during premarket because it had broke major resistance level on good security camera news, my goal is was to sell near the 2.33 resistance

Exit: it was near 2.33 resistance at the open, didnt act quickly enough, then pulled back and sold into strength for a profit. I would have been prepared to get out if I stuck with the plan to get out at lower lowers

Improvements:

• Fear greed
• stick to the plan
• notice red flags
• holding and hoping is not a stratgey

Entry: Got greedy, wanted to double up position size and make the same previous trade. Excepting 5.47 to hold as resistance. I wasn't following a pattern

Exit: Waited way too long to cut losses, I was not prepared and miss the spike that I should have gotten out on, there was 5 min where I was still green on my position. 

Improvements: 

• Holding and hoping is not a stratgey
• Dont scale up until ready
• cut losses quickly
• dont expect the stock to recover
• I WILL LEARN FROM THIS TO NOT GET GREEDY AND CUT LOSESS QUICKLY
• make sure you are playing a pattern

Entry: This was a great entry. Pulled back - I did buy too soon. My plan was to buy in a pull back and sell into the resistances around 5.47, because that was the next resistance level.

Exit: I was scarred that others would have the same though process so I sold two cents before. I did end up going to 6.25.
