HOOD in a very large pennant, squeezing tighter and tighter. The top had 5 bounces and the bottom had 4 bounces. The last bounce off the top was very violent with a huge wicked indecisive candle followed with a large, 9.4% red candle, going to the bottom of the pennant two days later. Along with the bottom of the pennant, there was a support at 8.34 that price respected with a bounce. Finally, the general market was flipping to a bullish chart and debt ceiling was adding volatility to the market. The recent big red candle also made a FVG that HOOD would want to go up and fill, helping me create exits.
