Price was moving down making lower highs and lower lows, so I went short and made a loss, it was looking unlikely to come back down so i sold but it did come back down a few minutes later, if I stuck for a bit, i could have made a profit on this trade instead of a loss
One of the reasons today went bad is because of overtrading
