The set-up:

New York KillZone with price cleanly Turtle Souped London Session and becoming high of Day, Price also touched the bottom of a major Weekly IFVG. 

Prev day candle Opened below and Closed above 18 Day EMA which gives a greenlight for Both Sides Trading since that is a sign for Ranging.

 

What I did Right: 

I waited for a clean sweep of London Session highs. I also waited for a close of breaking candle before setting up Stop Orders

First candle of the KillZone actually took out previous High which was also London Session High.

I had to wait for the price to create a new High and Take it out then wait for that breaking candle to close before I set Pending Orders.

 

What I did Wrong:

Nothing

 

Where I could improve:

Nothing

Big-picture:

The price just confirmed Bullish Trend continuation on a Higher Timeframe.

Prev day candle Opened and closed below 18 Day EMA and Prev Day High is Lower than its Prev High, which gives a greenlight for ONLY Sells

What I did Right: 

I waited for a clean sweep of London Session highs. I also waited for a close of breaking candle before setting up Stop Orders.

The first candle of NY KillZone took out prev candle high which was also London Session High. So I waited for a new High to be formed and Turtle Souped.

I also waited for breaking candle to close before entering my Pending Order parameters.

What I did Wrong:

Nothing

Where I could improve: 

The Setup and Entry were both Perfect.

If todays candle closes above 18 Day EMA, it could signal Bullish continuation and tomorrow will be a Ranging day for Both Sides Trading before only Bullish Trading is confirmed.

The set-up:

The Setup was not that convincing since it wasn't the lowest of the Day and also did not touch Weekly FVG that was just points away.

Most important requirements were met though, namely London Session Liquidity Sweep during NY KillZone.

This also happened after touching another close by Weekly FVG from the bottom.

I entered based on the old London Session Time before confirming that it has to start at 1 AM NY Time instead of 2 AM.

I set my Stops Order before the candle that broke previous low closed. So it moved to take my trade and continued to StopLoss.Because this rule was not yet available,

I felt my Backtesting losing sign was not fulfilled, so felt I had to enter again. Now am safe.

I set Stop/Limit Orders after a breaking candle closes, if a new candle breaks again, I cancel Stops and wait for its 5min close.

I always learn from my mistakes. I AM A GENIUS!!!

Big-picture:

On this first trade of this account, I entered with very high hopes in a sell and got stopped in a few minutes.

I made an error of entering with risk of 1% instead of 0.5%. 

It was also before I adjusted London Open Setup Time to 4AM-5AM NY Time

It was also before I noticed I can Trade "Against" the Trend when prev Day High is Higher than its Prev High on a DownTrend and away from 18 Day EMA and vice versa for UpTrend. So I did not see the clear 1:20RR trade that followed in NY Open Session.

2 new RULES came from this trade!!!
