Notes

i was trying my absolute best to be very very prepared for this ticker to make big moves when i woke up. ive been waiting for so long for those opportunities for a much large green day even with only 100$ position size. would be so gratifying to get a 30% day like i was at on this ticker BUT i screwed up trying to go for the range setups because they just DIED. this ticker was so hard to trade after its frontside that i ended up giving back 50% of my profits on it. completely and utterly unacceptable to ever do that. even with micro size i gave back all that money. in hindsight though, i still managed my risk very very well as to not ever risk going into the red after having the good green trades. size management is so god damn important. get the big size wins early from frontisde moves. take half size backside/ranging scalps for 1-3% and every single day no matter what the fuck the market is doing, i will be green. that is the goal, no matter the market condition, make money. idgaf if a ticker is manipulated idgaf if its summer idgaf if its slow, i will make at least 10% a day. never again will i look at the market and say "this is too slow" and not attempt to make money. the best traders out there will find opportunity when there is zero and i will be that person. only thing i can change moving forward is when i see a ticker that is manipulated in the way that GTEC and LGVN was I need to not be going for much at open. only scalps PERIOD. NOTHING ELSE EVER. if there is those massive flush massive short coverings that seems ot never be able to break out then guess what? its being manipulated in some way. next time i see this on first green day and expect a second green day then I will be much more careful. the other thing i couldve done better is (before 7am) i need to predict every possible scenario that the stock may or may not do. I did not anticipate the huge short coverings right at 7am and it broke out of the range and pulled back directly onto the top of range. shouldve sized heavily into that pullback because im pretty sure it was a 20% move. also need to never take my eyes off the price action. no more discord messages right after i take a trade, need to be laser focused and onces the ticker does something to signal a strong backside then i can go do other shit. all in all: predict all scenarios so nothing catches u off guard, on the fly analysis is fine but its better to just have it all already planned out, be careful trading 2nd green day after first green day was heavily manipulated. amazing job with risk management, (you wouldve ended the day red if u were trading how u used to with same size every trade) amazing job nailing that frontside trade, amazing job noticing how frustrating selling on the ask was at open on LGVN and leaving before giving back even more profits. last thing is HOLD CONVICTION, there were a few trades i sold right at bottom before the spike. granted they were bottom bounces so i am risking a bigger flush than normal so im not totally against it but if i am taking paper cut lossees back to back DO NOT BE A DUMBASS AND NOT GO FOR BOTTOM AGAIN. IT WILL HAPPEN EVENTUALLY AND WHEN IT DOES YOU WILL MAKE ALL PAPER CUTS PLUS PROFIT. never trade p/l. good fucking job. hard work is clearly paying off. up over 60% again this month and would love to end up over 100%. 6 more trading days of the month and i am only a couple nice green days away from that goal. 100% a month for 12 months is 1,200%. even with 500 dollar size that would be a 6k year. 1k size=12k. 10k size=120k. all very very very realistic and plausable goals if i continue to work as hard as ive been. very proud of myself.
