Open TradeJournal.co in Safari

Navigate to tradejournal.co using the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad. Note: This feature only works in Safari, not Chrome or other browsers.

Tap the Share Button

Tap the Share button (square with arrow pointing up) at the bottom of your screen.

The share button looks like this:

Select "Add to Home Screen"

Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen".

You may need to scroll down in the share menu to find this option.

Confirm and Add

You'll see a preview. Tap "Add" in the top right corner to confirm.

Done! The TradeJournal icon will now appear on your home screen.

Open TradeJournal.co in Chrome

Navigate to tradejournal.co using Chrome or your preferred browser on your Android device.

Tap the Menu Button

Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of your browser.

Select "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App"

Look for either "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" in the menu.

The exact wording may vary depending on your browser and Android version.

Confirm Installation

A popup will appear. Tap "Add" or "Install" to confirm.

Done! The TradeJournal icon will now appear on your home screen.

Troubleshooting

Make sure you're using Safari, not Chrome or another browser. This feature only works in Safari on iOS devices.

Check your app drawer or look for a new screen on your home page. Some Android launchers place new icons in the app drawer instead of directly on the home screen.

Currently, push notifications are not supported for home screen web apps. However, you'll still receive email notifications for important updates.

iOS: Long-press the icon and select "Remove App" or "Delete App".
Android: Long-press the icon and drag it to "Remove" or tap "Uninstall".
