4. Affiliate Marketing

If you're doing some small gigs already it's easy to naturally funnel some clients towards products/ services that would help them. I still do this with brokers I highly recommend to my community.

I still do this today as well. When we leave for a longer trip we’ll rent out our place and we get more money for it than we pay in rent!
