Day Summary: Price action really wasn't worth it today and I probably shouldn't have traded. However, I did take a trade, and although it was unnecessary, it also wasn't a BAD trade. I was watching the order flow but still traded against the intraday trend which is not smart, but I managed risk well by moving my stop to breakeven once I was in the green and in a postion where the trade should have worked if it was going to, so i was content getting out breakeven on this trade (see below)

- was attempting to trade short to the low of the box
- used order flow to pick an entry
- trade initially started working and because of the uptrending day, i moved my stop to BE - smart, good
- fighting the intraday trend - bad
- overall this trade should not have been taken because it wasn't really a set up
- good job walking away after this trade - realized opportunity for me today just wasn't there
