September 22, 2025 (3 Trades) (+$23.75)
Overall Grade: B
Day Summary: Two days is a row now I have made good decisions and not gotten rewarded for it. However, after coming off the tilt day I had on Thursday of last week, my main focus is to reimpliment good habits; so although it is frustrating, I know that I am doing what I am supposed to be doing and I take that as a win. I also did a good job flipping my bias today and getting long, even though it was difficult to do so being at ATH's and my recent short bias. Trends continue more than they reverse so it is important to trust it. Unfortunately the best trade I took today I stopped out of BE right before the move even though my thesis had not been broken. Again, this had to do with my bias and the fact that I was trading from the red. That, however, are not reasons not to take my set up, even if it felt uncomfortable to do so.

TRADES
Trade 1 - Short 2 MES @ Fakeout + Intuition + 4 Targets
Grade: B-
- intuition based - bad - not repeatable
- I was targeting 3:30am liquidity and we had been moving down throughout the premarket so I'm not unhappy with my idea on this trade but overall I should have a playbooked set up
- also not unhappy with my decision to hold my winner on this trade for the above reason, even though I ultimately lost on this trade
- good job stopping out quick and more or less where i was supposed to (close above 6710.75)
- I was fighting price action since 8:30am at this point even though we had mostly been moving down overnight - need to recognize that (HLs)
Trade 2 - Long 2 MES @ 21 EMA Trap + Trusting The Trend + Bitched Out (Breakeven STOP)
Grade: B+
- this is a playbooked set up and also A quality - good job recognizing it and taking it even though it felt super uncomfortable to go long up here (15 MIN)
- thesis was not broken and I only stopped out of this trade breakeven because I was scared of getting a flush and taking another loss on the day
- fear is not a reason to close a trade
- entry was perfect
- this really could have been a great trade - target was 6724.00
- remember to trust your set up. Execute the system regardless of what emotions say
- the tough part about this trade was that I did execute it even though I felt like I didn't want to, but I was fearful throughout this whole trade for no reason and that is what caused me to go to BE
- also, very good job trusting the trend and flipping my bias around
Trade 3 - Long 2 MES @ Dip Buy + Trusting the Trend + Price Action
Grade: B
- not gonna lie, took this trade out of FOMO - bad
- continued to trust the trend though - good
- tough hold, happy with that especially during a grinding green move
- target was Yesterday's HOD which did hit but after the frustration of Trades 1 & 2, and Friday as well, I had to get out and lock in a red to green day
- I want to recognize that Trade 2 is so much of an easier and less risky long than Trade 3, and I ended up holding Trade 3 better than Trade 2
