July Recap

  1. Choppy month for me
    1. Market was a mixed bag and I was travelling a lot.
    2. 1/3 of the month I missed.
  2. Ranging was actually the best pattern for me
    1. Mainly because I'd miss the frontside or take big losses trading it late due to FOMO from missing the frontside when I should have been trading it.
      1. Frontside okay green
      2. Backside slightly red
      3. Ranging most green
    2. You'd think I'd rather do a ranging challenge instead of a frontside challenge but based on my experience and stats frontside is usually the best. This month I beleive by constantly having red experiences with overtrading when I finally could I was too cautious to trade frontside when I should have. So I want to reduce my trading time and get aggressive when the opportunity arrises. And the best place to make a good r/r profit is frontside.
    3. Benefits of ranging is usally the lower risk.
