Overall Grade: A-

Day Summary: They almost got me this morning with the early session bull trap, but right as I was tempted to jump in long, I paused and remembered the overnight downtrend and realized that retail was getting baited in. I then saw a decent short entry, and although it wasn't a playbook set up, my intuition was strong that I was on the right side of the trade. That, however, did not make the first couple minutes of the trade easy to hold, but I was happy with where my stop was based on the chart, and once it started to work in my favor, I became more and more confident in the move. I did a good job of holding the position to my preset TP, even though I did almost take it off early. That is something I'm getting so much better at and I am very proud of that!
