October 19, 2026 (3 Trades) (-$17.00)
Overall Grade: B+

Day Summary: Today I took my first ever trade on MNQ with my live account (I think haha). I took three trades today, one win and two losers but I was especially happy with my losers today. I just need to keep remembering to lose small and win big. I also executed a playbook set up 3 out of 3 times today, which is more important than anything else. I need to keep executing the system to build up the discipline that is needed to maintain it. Get the reps in.

TRADES
Trade 1 - Short 1 MNQ @ 21 EMA Trap + Good Entry + Order Flow
Grade: B+

- Playbook set up
- trading in direction of price action
- good, patient entry at 21 EMA and Key Level (VWAP)
- good job sticking to stop loss
- good job holding for a bigger winner
- this was a 1R trade, but was holding for 2R which was a good habit, especially when trading with the current price action
Trade 2 - Short 1 MES @ Range Fakeout + Held Winer + Order Flow
Grade: B+

- playbook set up (Range Fakeout)
- Range Fakeout is definitely a set up I get a lot less reps in with so that makes it a bit sketchier
- 15 MIN Supply zone (Range Fakeout) plus 2000 tick price action gave me the idea for this trade
- trapped retail bulls
- selling low with the entry but I took it on the signal bar break (actually didn't but got in at the same price)
- stop was signal bar high on this trade though
- good job holding winner, tried to add 1 MES at first pullback to the 21 EMA but didn't get the fill, but that would have made this a great trade after Trade 1
- ^^ Overall, good long term habit
Trade 3 - Short 1 MES @ 21 EMA Trap
Grade: B-

- playbook set up
- fakeout entry - good shot
- trading in more chop here, no trend, trading in the middle
- worth holding this for lower prices even though I did feel like it was going to bounce
- stop could have went break even but I kept it small and that is what is important
- ticked out to the high on that move, but it did end up going higher right after screenshot was taken
